It was another great morning painting with friends at the Acton Nature Center of Hood County Friday morning. The clouds were moving with rain west of us, but a good group showed up regardless of the weather We all love the opportunity to paint on location. It's a wonderful chance to get out of the studio and hang with like minded people.
I was out to experiment and started with a black canvas and blocked in shapes with colors of the sky and landscape. It is filled with lots of texture and yummy colors.
